BOOTH SPACE
1. The booth fee for a single 12 x 12 booth without electric hook-up is $100.00.
This fee is payable to the Bronze, Blues and Brews to guarantee a space.
2. We are offering electric hookup 12 x 12 booth for $125.00 with 2 plugs per
vendor which is 110 volt outlet, a fuse power strip could be used and an exten-
sion cord may be required.
3. Neither tables nor tents will be provided.
4. NO GENERATORS will be allowed. All equipment and supplies must be self-
provided. The committee must approve any unusual equipment.
5. Bring Lights. We provide some lighting via large construction lights but they are
not turned on till later in the evening.
PROOF OF INSURANCE:
Vendor must complete the Vendors form and submit it along with the fee. Proof of
Liability insurance must accompany the completed form for all vendors or the application will not be accepted.
FOOD TYPES/ QUANTITIES:
All food and drink must be listed and approved by the festival committee to ensure a good mix of vendors this is a first come/pay basis. Vendors are not to serve any alcohol drinks and we remind you that the Bronze, Blues and Brews committee will provide beer and wine concessions only. Be prepared when you are doing your menu, for there will be at least 2000 people attending.
SET UP/ TEAR DOWN:
1. Vendors will be required to be set up ready for service by 10.30am on Sat Aug. 9th. It is to your benefit and your encouraged to setup the night before. The gates will be open at 6AM for set up on Saturday August 9. Vendors may set up equipment, tables, tents on Friday August 8th starting at 3PM.
2. NO SECURITY will be available until the start of the festival. You are responsible of loading and unloading your equipment and required cleaning all trash in your area after the festival. ATV Gator is available for use, you could contact any BBB person at the festival.
3. All Vehicles must be out of the park by 10.30am on Saturday.
4. After the festival, vehicle traffic in and out of the park cannot be permitted until ALL PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC IS CLEAR and okay is given by security.
VENDOR GATE PASSES YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH MAXIMUM OF 4 VENDOR'S PASS TO ENTER INTO THE PARK. WHEN DIFFERENT SHIFTS ARE COMING AND GOING, MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO CHANGE PASS AT FRONT GATE. IF YOU ARE EXPECTING MORE THAN 4 WORKERS WE MAY HAVE TO CHARGE AN EXTRA FEE OF $100.00 DOLLARS.
